LOCATION AND HOURS OF OPERATION

The Community Center is located in the Stoneman Plaza Non-Profit Center behind Der Wienerschnitzel on Railroad Ave. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

We offer a place for consumers of mental health services to socialize, receive peer counseling and resources, take field trips, and participate in groups.
We have a variety of groups based on the wishes of the Center members, which include creative arts, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) development, movies, outings, goal setting, and games. Delicious hot lunches are provided daily to our members courtesy of Loaves and Fishes.
